How Do I Register?

Confirm Week

Many weeks fill up quickly. Please register early for the week of your choice. Please contact us at to confirm availability for the week of your choice.


After registering, we will send you an invoice for your trip. A $75 per registered participant non refundable deposit is due in order to hold your spot.

If deposits received before Dec. 1, the cost per participant (student and leaders) is $350. If the deposit is received after Dec. 1, the participant cost is $375.


March 1: Final participant numbers and half of the remaining balance are due. After this date, you are responsible for paying the full balance for all reserved spots not matter how many participants you bring.

Two Weeks Prior to Trip Date

Remaining balance and all additional information due. This includes: leaders skill sheets, and clearances, participant health forms, team rosters and vehicle information sheets.
